Metal Pass consists of a team
of engineering experts, especially engineering model and software
focused. Metal Pass' business areas and our three-stage
strategy are Resource,
Solution and E-Biz. We started from Resource and have
moved forward to the Solution and E-Biz. Current status is
stage 2, with the primary focuses on the followings: (1) Defect early Warning system to cut down
defects and improve product quality; (2) Engineering Smart
Manufacturing (Level 2)
model system supply & Improvement, especially to add
microstructure models, intelligent learning and advanced
software engineering (e.g. field use-case and
user-scenarios), so to transfer traditional Level 2 system
to the New-Generation Level 2 System; (3) Integration of
the Smart Manufacturing system (Level 2 system) with Basic
Automation system (Level 1 system), MES/Industrial
Internet (Level 3 system) and ERP etc. (Level 4 system). Resource. Metal Pass
Resource provides over 40,000 pages of resources. Besides
technical articles, there are a long list of resource
applications, which are all one of the largest of the types in
the industry. Examples include Patents Collection,
Software Directory, Tech Dictionary - Tech Terms, Tech Dictionary
- Translation, Flow Stress, High Temperature Properties,
Software database, etc. This site will soon enable each
user to have world-wide resources but only in his
customized field.
The popularity of our site is the solid foundation for the
stage 2 and 3. Main site is

Solution. Metal Pass
Solution fully utilizes our expertise on engineering
models to provide both Engineering Software and
Engineering Consulting
services. For Engineering Software, we design, develop and
improve Level 2 (including the Defect Early Warning) and Level 3
(MES) automation systems. Typical example is out Defect
early Warning system, though customized system in Industry
4.0 level, but is able to achieve large scale replication
sales. There are several suites of production scheduling
applications hosted on this site, such as those for AutoForm series, FreeForm series, mill load calculation,
finite-differential temperature field prediction, Advanced
Material production and Advanced Equipment Intelligence. Metal Pass
Consulting covers all the business areas mentioned above,
with special attention paid on mill Level 2 model
improvement and production scheduling, including the
defect early warning. As examples, we have completed over
200 Smart Manufacturing projects in past years in Germany,

E-Biz. As one of the
largest websites in the industry, meta4-0.com is
actively engaging metaverse technological E-Business. This
also includes marketing suites such as Product Profile,
R&D/Tech Profile and Classified Listing. As a very special
effort, we are building an E-Biz empire with a core site
surrounded by about 200 satellite sites by utilizing about
200 domain names we own. It is intended to
run a full range of software in this website in metaverse
related areas.
