Projects Examples in Health Industry

In the Pharmaceutical industry, in medicine manufacturing,  two factors should be guaranteed:

(1) The chemical composition should be right in the design. This should be determined with process models, which is my technical strength. Also this goal has been handled 20 years ago in projects for C1, in which Rockwell technologies (Factory Talk) was used. I handled with recipes in steel making, with the similar requirements in design of chemical composition.

(2) Each of the chemical composition should be kept as designed in a manufactured product. Currently this is done with the help of MES. If a value of the chemical composition is beyond the corresponding tolerance, a warning signal would be received, so the operator would make change in next operation. This is as required in Company R1 Rockwell Pharma Suite.

(3) For Company B2 Gene Measurement I developed a set of systems to diagnose and predict Gene defects and provided solutions.

(4) I also provided intelligence for company B3 BMI equipment for Breast Cancer examination, see Company B3 BMI (Irving, CA).

(5) Further projects, many of which are from A1 invested projects, such as the Maps applications for Handicapped Chairs in parks or shopping centers (not in right roads; in those regions the regular maps do not work).
