General Info (I
ndustry 4.0/Engineering/Manufacturing Software Architectures)

 - Past projects covers Industry 4.0/Industry Internet or Smart Manufacturing or related areas.

 - Project examples extracted are from Industries are for example Lithium Battery, Advanced Material, Intelligent Equipment (as Equipment Software), Robotics and Defect Warning, and contents in the Web.

 - Services are provided for nearly 200 clients such as Companies E1, N1, C1, B1, A1, covering major industries.



Related Areas ...

(1) Manufacturing/Engineering systems, a long list of the projects from multiple clients are completed.

(2) Industry 4.0/Smart Manufacturing systems, a long list of the projects are completed.

(3) In projects of B1 there are three contracts for Lithium manufacturing; in addition there are also a set of companies under my consulting. See Lithium Battery.

(4) I used to represent Chinese metallurgical industry to be selected and sent to Germany for Ph.D. I have a long list of clients, developed many technologies and especially completed over 100 process models (totally 250 models so far). See Metal/Steel.

(5) New and critical Materials usually requires eng tolerances of parameters in materials production and processing. Parameter control requires intelligent software as Level 2 system. See Advanced Materials.

(6) Equipment software, software that fully uses equipment logics and models. Based on AMER Group, one of my clients, the prices with and without equipment software for PI film production line could be 6 times! See more on Intelligent Equipment (based on Equipment Software).

(7) Robotics, after college training to send to production line to replace human labors! Machine learning for them gains AI! Currently many countries need more human labors so well-trained Robots are welcome everywhere! See more on Robotics.

(8) Advanced materials has higher defect ratio. A defect, even before a product is finished in production, can be predicted and eliminated via online data ! See Defect Warning.

(10) To be an Engineering Technical Leader. With rich experiences and background knowledge, I am sufficiently strong in becoming a Manager for Industry 4.0 or any of the above-mentioned field!
