Covered Areas in Semi-Conduct Industry

Projects cover examples firstly in one of the oldest, largest and very famous Chip manufacturers H1 in China (state officials of China, such as the 2nd and 3rd handles all visited the factory). I designed the smart manufacturing procedures for this factory. Many of my researches during M.S. studies and B.S. thesis, e.g. thin film coating, are rightly useful in this type of work.

Double Ph.D.s on US Computer Science, USA (eqv.) and German Engineering (AI); Lead Solution Architect with over 200 Projects completed; 3 Books, 4 languages, and 7 Academic Fields with each one having a field experience of 3 years.

Projects Examples

Specific work was done besides design on smart manufacturing! I have worked in company H1 on optimization. The work was initially modeling, and then machine learning based on online data to increase model accuracy. Then based on the accurate model, optimized software was developed and so production is improved. This is the work procedures for most of the production optimization projects.

Its general manager later purchased equipment from USA, registered a new company for the expansion of the product line. He tried to hire me as technical director! The products would be IGBT chips. Though the registration of a company was finished (of course also with my name in the management team), we did not go further for other reasons.

Another examples concerns a company group, a world¡¯s Fortune 500 ranking Top-100 company. It has built dozens of Semi-Conduct manufacturing Park, and thus needs the same technologies, and also defect warning, Cloud and Big Data technologies, etc.

Another project was in company T2 on thin film coating in the similar process as in Lithium battery. Even in quite different industries there are many stages in common.

There are many great potentials in Semi-Conduct industry to optimize the real world production. Company A1 invested $1 billion to establish an industry park. With very good connections with this world's Top-70 company, I provided a set of consulting for the Industry Park.
