Projects Examples in Supply Chain and/or in Clothing Industry

Since 2004, the IBM Supply Chain Roadmap have been followed. The Roadmap updated every 6 months. SAP was coordinated to the supply chain application. Many designs and developments were following this early work. The development work are discussed in following sections.

(1) Company A1 Group, the world's top-100 largest company, also has several supply chain company. So during cooperation with A1, a set of equipment software was also designed and developed, which greatly increased the price in the supply chain.

(2) Company Y1, one of the largest clothing equipment suppliers on equipment intelligence: (a) Joined the team for the Magic Mirror functions architecture and development. When someone uses the Magic Mirror, his sizes are stored in its system. So for given clothes or pair of shoes, the system simulates the cases, so he can see from the screen what he looks like when he wears the clothes, or the shoes, or both. (b) Direct the client's employees to absorber the technology purchased from Germany. Though documents has explained the details, integrating the purchased functions with existing ones still need lots of work. In many use cases/User scenarios, further development, mostly with subroutine, were still needed.
