Custom Development

Firstly, engineering modeling involves many engineering fields such as process, product, equipment and automation, which is difficult; The established model should be fully bound with the production line for machine learning; At the same time, in terms of the architecture and development of intelligent system, collect all kinds of scenario use cases as far as possible and provide optimization schemes. Therefore, we should not only have deep engineering skills, but also have sufficient computer skills. In particular, the third point mentioned above involves large-scale software. It is really difficult for people who understand engineering to deal with such a large-scale software system; For software architecture and developers, each line of source program has engineering logic. In addition to having normal software system architecture and development, they should also fully collect and develop all on-site scenario use cases. If there are 100 engineers on the production site, the work done by these 100 people should be sorted out, written into the software system and called the model to solve it. Therefore, the corresponding model should be developed in advance. Moreover, different manufacturing processes have different customization model mechanisms.

The development of customized models is therefore very difficult. Although there are some enterprises developing common platforms, it involves individual applications in different production lines and industries. Therefore, these enterprises developing common mechanisms do not involve this field. Even in Europe and America, there are no strong competitors, because many enterprises are still in the stage of large-scale replication and sales, and do not pay attention to small, refined and flexible businesses. Large manufacturing enterprises, such as Siemens and GE, still focus on developing common platforms that can be sold in large quantities. For personalized applications, they are not their advantages in terms of cost or technology!

Customized Model Development of each section: Lithium battery example

In the manufacturing process of lithium battery, there are dozens of manufacturing sections in the production of lithium battery itself. In the process of lithium battery production, a variety of intelligent systems are needed, such as slurry preparation Level 2, tablet pressing (rolling) Level 2, slurry drawing (coating) Level 2, winding Level 2 and volume distribution Level 2 system, etc. Each area requires a lot of custom development.

In each stage of lithium battery production, customized models for different manufacturers can be developed according to the on-site needs, and according to the different data of each production line. Examples are as follows
