This series of lectures describes all aspects of Smart Manufacturing from the perspective of multi-level computer
control
Multi level computer control zero level system focuses on
hardware, primary system, basic automation system, secondary
system model and logic system, tertiary system, manufacturing
execution system MES, and quaternary system ERP.
Multi level computer control involves many engineering and
computer majors, including process, product, equipment,
automation, data acquisition, model and software. Therefore,
the course system of this series of lectures includes
mechanical system and basic automation. The hardware system is
a zero level system, the basic automation software system is a
primary system, and the model and intelligent logic system are
a Level 2, The production line manufacturing
execution system, such as MES, which mainly focuses on data
acquisition, is a three-level system, and the enterprise
system mainly includes incoming material system, financial
system, customer relationship system and personnel management
system, which is a four-level system.
The training of the course takes the courses related to
Smart Manufacturing as the core, especially the teaching
based on the on-site Smart Manufacturing project cases
completed by the lecturer in Germany, the United States, China
and South Korea for more than 30 years, so that the students
can really understand the real intelligent system rather than
the data system or the peripheral system of Smart Manufacturing, and the students can really learn how to do
Smart Manufacturing.
The main body of training is the Smart Manufacturing
technology itself, not the propaganda of the importance of
Smart Manufacturing.
